Remember that fun little hurricane we had last Fall? Hurricane Matthew? Well, Jenna and Shawn had the pleasure of sharing their wedding day with the category 3 party crasher, but it was still a memorable day for all the right reasons.

It really could have been a devastating day. It was a “plan B” day. Hurricane= no outside ceremony. No sunset shots. But it still turned out to be magical. Bella Collina is a great place to have a wedding, and when you need to fall to plan B, it doesn’t really feel like a big sacrifice. Jenna and Shawn kept things in perspective- they knew they were starting married life together regardless of the weather. And after 11 years of dating, they were two of the coolest peeps to work with in 2016. Great attitudes and a very heartfelt day. It was truly a pleasure to be there.

And one last thing… We can’t tell you how happy we are that Jenna and Shawn had professionals around them for this day. I can’t stress this enough. An amateur photographer would have made everything feel like Plan B. Lighting expertise was a MUST and we are grateful we could deliver.
